D&D Saturday: Love Lord Pact

Welcome back to D&D Saturday.  Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day.  We had been planning for months for this day to be the day we debut the last of our Synn Plane pacts: the Lust pact.  However, it has been impossible to decide which spells and what abilities would be appropriate to use for this pact, especially since we penguins believe in being a cut above the rest.  Deciding what we would do instead, we instead chose to use the idea of love.  Below is the Love Lord Pact

D&D Saturday: Santa Pact for Warlocks

D&D LogoWelcome back to D&D Saturday.  Here at Icygeek we don’t get to do as much celebrating on Christmas as we would like: no room for a tree, no money for gifts, few people to give gifts too.  But we do love the music and we do love the idea of gifting.  Consider that the two big figures involving the holiday involve giving: Saint Nicholas giving presents to good boys and girls, and Jesus eventually giving his life for man’s sins.  It is in that spirit that we present another new warlock pact for 5th Edition Dungeons & Dragons: the Santa Pact.  No, not a Santa Clause, but a Pact, heavily inspired by the book The Autobiography of Santa Claus.

D&D Saturday: Wrath Pact

D&D LogoWelcome back to D&D Saturday.  Yesterday was Black Friday, where people go into vast crowds of other mammals trying to find gifts for their loved ones.  But all too often, tempers flare as peole try to get the bargains that others will try to take advantage of before they can, creating many fights.  It is in the spirit of this wrath that we present to you a new pact for warlocks in 5th Edition Dungeons & Dragons: the Wrath Pact, for those that empower the Plane of Wrath, one of the Synn Planes.

D&D Saturday: Gluttony Pact

D&D LogoWelcome back to D&D Saturday. Here in the States we are soon to be celebrating one of our big holidays: Thanksgiving.  A holiday so big that even Facebook games based in Britain and Turkey know to have much to do about the day in their games.  Last week on D&D Saturday we gave a glimpse into our campaign world of the Synn Planes: seven interwoven “outer planes” each based on one of the seven classic deadly sins of lore.  Given the proximity to Thanksgiving, which sin to better to introduce today than Gluttony.  As each of the planes wish to corrupt those who travel within, each offers a warlock pact.  So for the plane of gluttony, we present to you a new pact for warlocks in 5th Edition Dungeons & Dragons: the Gluttony Pact.

D&D Saturday: Ghost Legion Pact

D&D LogoWelcome back to D&D Saturday.  Today is Halloween, and while it is a little too late to start a D&D campaign for October, it is still October and thus the need for one more spooky addition to Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition.  So the question was: what to do for this special Halloween edition of D&D Saturday.  Well, our Antediluvian Vampire Pact was our most popular post ever, so obviously there is a need for new warlord pacts.  Also, in two weeks many countries celebrate November 11 as a national holiday, giving it various names but all celebrating veterans.  So, in the spirit of both, we present to you a new pact for warlocks in 5th Edition Dungeons & Dragons: the Ghost Legion Pact.

D&D Saturday: Antediluvian Vampire Warlock Pact

D&D LogoWelcome back to D&D Saturday.  When trying to decide what to publish today, it was a struggle as we’d like to keep with the prestige classes, but the only one we can think of that would also fit into the October theme is a Ghostbuster PrC, and that was a little too looney.  But, having never really looked that hard at the warlock we noticed how well many of the warlock pacts would work well if one’s patron was an ancient vampire.  So, for D&D Saturday, we present to you a new pact for warlocks in 5th Edition Dungeons & Dragons: the Antediluvian Vampire Pact.
