It’s almost a week late, but why not. Here is our analysis and taking “potshots” at the season 2 opener of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, entitled Out of Time.
You just have to love all these superhero season openers at once (almost). It is a rush. Here is our review of Supergirl‘s second season, and the first one intended to be on the CW…The Adventures of Supergirl, done in our usual style of first “potshots”, and then our spoilery analysis.
Welcome back to Icygeek and another season of The Flash. When we left last season, Barry went back in time to save his mother from being murdered. However, since that wasn’t a series finale, it must all turn to guano for him. Here is our review of the season three opener: Flashpoint.
Just as we was looking for a new anime to review, here is a post from Crunchyroll saying episode 1 from a series called…Kaiju Girls. Why not review it? Below is out review of the first episode, entitled We’re Kaiju Girls?! As per our usual style, we first take potshots at it while watching it, and then give our analysis.
We have been slacking with the site lately, but reviews of 20 minute anime seem to work well. So we decided to try to find something fun and we have…Familiar of Zero. We have never seen it before, so watch with us as we have the episode embedded below (at least until Youtube pulls it), with our typical potshots of the episode, with a final analysis below it. Here is our take of the first episode of The Familiar of Zero: entitled Zero Louise.
Getting back to doing reviews, and what better way to start than with the season premiere of the only Marvel TV show in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. We saw a lot of weirdness in the preview of the fourth season at the end of the third season’s season finale, so let’s see what this season will give us.
If it’s not one thing, it is another. Anyhow, y’all have been craving some posts, so here is an anime review. We were wanting an anime appropriate for Independence Day, but there was none that truly fit. However, there was one that came recommended to us as being somewhat close to the theme, so we are finally getting around to reviewing it. Here is our review of the first episode of Oh! Edo Rocket, entitled “Bright Red Fireworks Bloom in the Great City of Edo“.
We just heard there was a new Digimon series coming out just this past week, and lo and behold, we found it on Crunchyroll. As we need to get back to doing content, we present to you our review of Digimon Adventure tri Episode 1, entitled Reunion Part 1. Let’s see how the Digi-Destined have aged since we last saw them.
We wanted to review an anime that would be perfect for Independence Day, but sadly even by asking a couple of Facebook forums the closest we got to a suggestion was one that featured a lot of fireworks (and we’ll probably review that anime later this week). However, we remember a cartoon from our childhood called Yankee Doodle Cricket and, thanks to an anonymous helper, we managed to obtain a copy. So here is our review of Yankee Doodle Cricket.
We are always looking out for anime to watch for the first time. Today we are looking at Ben-To, where people duel viciously to get…half-price bento boxes. Seriously? Sounds wacky, to borrow a beloved phrase from another website. Let’s watch.
